The Flyers built themselves a 3-0 lead in the 3rd period from 2 goals by Jeff Carter. Carter's 33rd and 34th goals, sandwiched a Joffery Lupel goal, his 16th. After a couple of powerplay goals by Ilya Kovachuck and Vyacheslav Kozlov, the Flyers decided to make it close and escaped with a 3-2 victory.
The Flyers catch a nice break, they're off until Thursday when they'll take on the Ottawa Senators at the Wachovia Center.
