Flyers Remain Hot

The Flyers continued their white hot winning streak against the Colorado Avalanche. The Flyers defeated the Avalanche 5-2 to improve their record to 17-4-3 since Oct. 23 and are currently on a 10 game home winning streak. The Flyers scoring contributers included Mike Knuble, Mike Richards, Joffery Lupul, Simon Gagne and obviously Jeff Carter, who netted his 22nd goal of the season from a beautiful pass from Gagne to complete the Flyers league leading 11th shorthanded goal of the season. Not to be forgotten is Kimmo Timonen who also added a pair of assists. The Flyers next action comes on Thursday against the Canadiens at 7 p.m.
