They are now a game over .500 at 25-24!
I know that is nothing to get excited about...but THE SIXERS ARE OVER .500! OK, getting a little too over excited.
Reality is they need to win more games and against better teams, although the Heat are much improved from last year.
They have been consistent of late though, winning 12 out of their last 16.
As far as this game goes, the story wasn't the starters. It was the bench—Royal Ivey, Lou Williams, Reggie Evans, Marreese Speights and Theo Ratliff.
All but one of these guys had plus/minuses 10 and above, which were the highest on the squad tonight.
Also, seven of the 10 guys who Tony DiLeo played tonight scored in double figures. It is always nice to win a game where your stars (Andre Iguodala and Andre Miller) are not the only ones scoring. It is nice to spread the wealth.
Yeah...that's right all you democrats. I said it. Spread the wealth. I know that is what all of you like to hear.
